It can be difficult to improve on technique if you don't have a coach or someone to help you. Therefore we want to help you out by providing the service of video analysis. Send in videos of your lifts and you'll receive an in-depth explanation on what you do well and what you can improve upon.

Video requirements
Two videos are needed: One from a side angle and the other 45 degrees, facing the lifters front side.
Keep each video under 30 seconds.
Make sure the lifts are in the range of 80-95% of your current 1RM.

How
Send the videos via the bottom below with a valid email address, and we'll send an invoice to the email used. After the payment has been received the analysis will begin.
