COMPETITION PREPERATION

An 8 week program based on improving the snatch and clean & jerk by working in medium intensities for the competition lifts, yet, at the same time emphasising on improving the strength in the accessory lifts. The program is based on the principle of progressive overload, includes a de-load on week four and a taper week before leading into the last heavy session.
